We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
We work with trusted Canadian shipping partners including Canada Post and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery of your books. All shipments include tracking information that will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey every step of the way through our shipping partners' tracking systems.
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We're working on expanding our shipping services to other countries and will update our policy when international shipping becomes available.
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time. We'll notify you if your delivery address falls into this category during checkout.
